    Our acceptance fees follow the Integrated Bar of the Philippines (IBP) standard rates as the minimum basis. However, the final fee may vary depending on the nature, complexity, difficulty, and jurisdiction of the case.

  • How much is the consultation fee?

    We offer both in-person and online consultations:

    • Office-based / Online consultation: Minimum ₱1,000 per hour
    • Out-of-office consultation: Minimum ₱2,000 per hour

  • What are your office hours and are walk-ins allowed?

    We operate strictly by appointment only. Walk-ins are not entertained to ensure proper scheduling and adequate attention for each client.

  • How much are notarial fees?

    •  Simple affidavits: ₱500.00
    • Contracts and similar documents: Minimum ₱1,000.00 per page

    Fees may vary depending on complexity and number of pages.

  • How much is the fee for a Deed of Sale of land?

    The professional fee follows the IBP guideline of approximately 1%–2% of the purchase price, but shall in no case be less than ₱5,000.00. Final fees are subject to assessment depending on the circumstances.

  • Do you require an appointment before consultation or legal services?

    Yes. All consultations and legal services are strictly by appointment to ensure proper legal assessment and client accommodation.

    PEREZ LAW OFFICE is located at the 3rd Floor, CAP Building, in front of the Post Office, beside the YMCA Building. We are also near SM and the Cathedral Church, making the office centrally located and easily accessible.
